Affordable & comfortable, the hotel is well located if you want to stay around downtown and perdizes. The room had everything we need with isolated window glasses for quiet sleep and had a shower. We're highly likely to stay there again

A very excellent establishment at a fair price. The staff are professional, welcoming and friendly. Personally, I need help and flexibility with a few time constraints which lead to extending my stay; they made the process smooth and seemless. A great place for international travelers to stay.

Basic but good, sort of charming even. Not so new anymore, so that rooms and common areas might need maintenance soon. Breakfast was simple but again good. Valet parking was 20 reais and you can request the car in advance. Good neighbourhood too, with a bakery/padaria on the same street, lovely Parque da Água Branca just a couple of blocks away, and a big mall a bit further. Staff did everything to help with different requests , kudos to them.

The rooms are clean but small. The first room we got, the ac didn't work. We called the front desk immediately but no one came for hours until we physically went to the front desk. Even then they took a while to send someone. They couldn't figure it out so they moved us to another room on a different floor. The setup is not spectacular but it is functional for the space that everything is cramped into; inclusive of the lobby, breakfast area and lounge area

Clean, affordable, with modern decor. In a very walk-able location with several good restaurants near by. Only downsides would be spotty wifi in the rooms and a metal screen like cover (looks like its there for decoration) over all the windows making it hard to enjoy the view from the room.

Pretty great hotel in a good location. The attendance are really amazing, mainly at breakfast when offering special plates fresh made. The room are clean, with everything in perfect conditions. A great stay!
